Based on the probable cause affidavit I found a few facts curious:
- is it typical for a 25 year old that lives at home and works for a family business to have 6 credit cards?
- does it make sense for the “bomb parts” acquired to be spread over time from 2019 and mid 2020 and then later in 2020?
- is it typical for a 25 year old that lives at home and works for a family business to have 6 credit cards?

The lawsuit should have been filed already. You don’t give a week’s notice before filing. That is litigation 101.

When I was in high school, The Who played Shea Stadium. My boyfriend got tickets but my parents wouldn’t let me go (largely due to the Ohio trampling incident a few years before). So even though any 1978 Springsteen show would really top my list, I’m still mad about missing The Who at Shea!
