So am I reading this court decision correctly? We now have 50 micronations with their own laws interpreting the U.S. Constitution wholly separate from one another? But there's one guy with private law enforcement who is immune from all punishment who can do whatever he wants in those 50 states?

This military action along side of Israel, is every Christian Nationalist millitants wet dream! They believe a war against against Israel will be the beginning of the end and the onset of the rapture.

These Christian preppers (Mike Johnson), are facilitating “the end,” no doubt, because of believing one interpretation of a story written by men 2200 years ago. Why, after countless failed predictions in past history, believe they alone are fulfilling such a prophecy? Leave to God! Live like Christ!

It would appear that the occupational music is about to stop with the emergence of AI and there will be 1 chair/job to be fought for every 5 people seeking a seat at the employed table. We better start planning for the economic and social upheaval that is only a year or so away.

Here is an idea: since the right is so offended at the showing of Mexican flags in protest, let’s take it a step further. To make the point of what American is all about and how this nation has been built with immigrants from the beginning, protesters should carry the flag their foreign background!

For years there have been warnings from the right to fear that the Feds would squash freedoms and come for their guns.Isn’t it ironic, though not unexpected, that it is they who are creating the militant authoritarian to squash the freedoms of those who disagree with them and believe in democracy.

The Executive order authorizes the Sec. of Defense to activate “At least 2000” NGs AND active duty troops for at LEAST 60 days and is not limited to LA but applies to wherever there is disturbance or credible belief that there might be disturbances. This is a declaration of war on our democracy!

As we end another week in the new Idiocracy we need to keep our eyes on the things that matter. Like a Bill under consideration that will remove 10 million people from health care, removes SNAP -food for those in need, adds 2.5 trillion to the debt while giving tax cuts to Trump, Musk and the rich!

Steven Miller recently called all the ICE field commanders back to DC. He berated them because they were not hitting quotas. The officers relayed it was a time consuming process to identify and locate criminals, Miller replied, why aren’t you at the Homedepots, or the 711s? It was never about crime.

I followed with joy the sudden cage match between Trump and Elon. Enjoying each salvo sent to disparage the other to claim the mantle of worst! Suddenly I became very sad. It dawned on me that this is where we are now with our politics. Only a reality show like fight makes most pay attention.

Here’s an easy question with merit I wished reporters would ask: “Mr President you posted on truth social that Walmart should “eat the tariffs’ and not pass cost onto their customers. Why would there be any cost to eat when you promised that the other countries would pay the cost of the tariffs?”

let me ask this, of the supposedly centrist, common sense, middle path Republican Congressman Fitzpatrick (not that he will answer.) Will you call out and vote to call out this outright bribe by way of a Jet gift from Qatar? Will you call for AG to recuse - she had 100g month contract with Qatar !
