Public programming builds imagination and learning in the young, keeps the public (especially many who may not have other access) informed of local, state, national, and international news, culture gifts, the arts, and more, entertainment and knowledge that is vital in times like these.
Public media is important to so many and in about a week, the current continuing resolution is set to expire so funding for these important resources could be at risk. I hope you will join me in trying to keep these available to all. The pledge links to letters to congress, a petition, and more.
