With incredible resilience, the Lanka Mangrove Museum is recovering from last week's cyclone. The dedicated community of staff, researchers, families, and students have begun the hard work of cleaning and restoring the museum after the storm.

The Lanka Mangrove Museum was severely affected by the recent cyclone that swept across Sri Lanka.

Despite the setback, the museum remains committed to its mission of raising awareness about mangrove ecosystems and promoting conservation.

Our hearts go out to our community in Jamaica and the Caribbean in the wake of Hurricane Melissa. We are keeping in touch as much as possible with our field reps and partners there. Everyone we’ve managed to reach so far is safe, and have been updating us on damages in the area.
