Extremely important study that adopts a dynamic approach to the question of constitutional change in Ireland. The study demonstrates that the subvention is not a fixed cost and can be eliminated, post unity, by policies that promote NI economic growth.

extremely valuable for minimum wage research. This question was added in 2016 at the request of the Irish Low Pay Commission. Prof Donal O'Neill of @maynoothuniversity.ie who sadly passed away recently, was instrumental in this in his role as independent expert with the LPC. Without it...3/4

In this new paper with Paul Redmond and Elish Kelly we show that after one year almost half of minimum wage workers in Ireland move to higher pay. Over 90% of those transitioning to higher pay do so with the same employer @esri.ie
