I survived grad-level atmospheric dynamics by *rewriting* my class notes, to nail down the equations and their interpretations before exams. Summaries go in one ear out the other

Surprisingly, there aren't many photos from Portland from May 18 since clouds obscured the big one for most of the day.
However, the July 22 eruption occurred under clear skies, so Mother Nature made sure Portlanders could snap tons of photos.
