I was aware of side effects of appetite loss and insomnia associated with use of stimulants but I was not aware of research that demonstrated stunting of growth. Wish I knew that when I was prescribing.

I thought this was an interesting article. It reflects the sense that I had of the benefits and consequences of treating ADHD during my career in medicine.

The questions are not simply memory issues. One might expect one's answers to be different because of maturity. And changes in beliefs over time.

Since then, I saw an opossum outside my widow who was wandering back and forth in the leaves under the maple tree. It had its tail curved back and was clearly gathering maple leaves for its den.

Opossums prolly not well studied because they are kind of freaky and not super cute. I am fond of them myself. There are not a lot of videos or research into their behavior. You captured a really interesting interaction.

Equity and Equality are 2 different things. Agree with focus on diversity and inclusion. They are consistent with other values of excellence and merit.

At the least I think there should be a regulatory process prior to approval for OTC. If you really want to do it yourself, you can buy used or from China.

Is it possible that someone could hurt themselves with CPAP? I don't know. Definitely some things like Tylenol and ibuprofen that you can hurt yourself with and don't need a prescription.
