honestly, he should just put the pointy-hat on and burn a cross.

If this is today's racism, the only difference is that it's wearing a suit.

"Evangelical Epsteins"

A new term I'll totally be using...
Right on.

"Obviously, I care about my own children. First, and above anyone else's. I only have a tangential responsibility for the children starving on the other side of the world." is a badly-transcribed thing the professor said. But the point is clear.

Excellent interview and debate. I learned a lot.

Us Mainers were watching her closely. She has history with our state.

That woman might have the biggest balls of us all.

Oh shit this hits right on the kisser.

Very good point and observation.

My favorite time to research side-dishes and dips.

This year: Spicy humus with smoked paprika and chopped bacon. Maybe chipotle peppers and chili powder. Lots of garlic.

I would have gotten beaten... By my mother. We all lived in fear. Including Dad.

They took it down. Now, Tim Scott is going to shut the fuck up about it and pretend like it never happened.

Poof.... After that brief moment of "moral clarity" Tim Scott is a boot-licker once again.

Oh jeeze, I do that too. Glad I'm not the only one.

My shock at Dachau was that there were single family homes and apartment buildings right next to it. Across the street. Bathing in the soot and ash. Ambivalent to the horror.

These people don't say christian things.

"Feed the correct wolf."

I recall an older MAGA who at the end of trumps first term said: "I'm just tired of him and wish he would just disappear."

The second time around? They voted for MAGA as fast as they could. Donated money to his campaign and went to rallies....
I'm not hopeful.

I'm seeing this in my community too. But, like Bon said, maybe this is temporary.

A similar thing happened at the end of the first term. And these people went straight back to MAGA.

A change in the heart takes an awful long time.

It would be nice.

Gotcha. I was thinking: "Jeeze, that isn't a lot of snow for the pile up..."

My thinking was there must've been ice involved.

Right on.

Mainer here.
Legit question, my street looked identical to this a few days ago. But we did NOT have the chaos of vehicles. We all made it to our driveways.
20 below, precip about two inches an hour, 25 mile an hour wind.

Us Northmen "usually" handle this weather "better."

You folks ok over there?
