This is the lazy pretext they used to justify cancelling Jimmy Kimmel.
What really got him cancelled was Trump saying Kimmel would be next after getting Colbert cancelled. He then put his minions in the FCC to work leaning on ABC.

cabins were built in designated flood zones … some were so close to the river’s edge that they were considered part of the river’s “floodway” a corridor of such extreme hazard that many states and counties ban or severely restrict construction there.
