I did a chili verde on the smoker a couple of moths ago and it was the best I have made. Chowder could be good too. It would only need to be on for 30-45 minutes so only worth it with an electric smoker.

Sounds great. I hadn’t considered smoking a chowder until I was typing that. Might have to give it a try now.

Is it smoked fish in chowder or are you cooking the whole thing on the smoker?
