It sucks, but jump through the hoops & keep trudging along, because for all the pain in the ass of medication, dietary changes, doctor's visits, procedures & monitoring, there are still good days & some so good they are surprising. Find time at least once a week to support & inspire others. 💜

What I can guarantee you is that this is nowhere near the first time the parties involved have committed a crime. There needs to be exponentially stiffer penalties for those that prey upon fellow citizens. Also, there must be a system for inmates to demonstrate rehabilitation prior to release.
