Obama had to turn around an economy on the brink and he gave Trump a recovered a thriving economy.
Trump’s spending and tax cuts, coupled with a botched Covid response, gave Biden an economy primed for massive inflation and huge unemployment.

Clinton had to clean up Bush Sr’s recession.
And 8 years later he handed Bush Jr a debt free Federal government.
After two wars GWB handed Obama the worst economic collapse in our lifetime.
