Government services don't lose money, they cost money and the post office is the only self supporting Government service. So successful that conservatives have repeatedly sought to sabotage it to fit the narrative. But as to your concern, mail in ballots can also be dropped off at collection points

Damn, he hates freedom. He really doesn't like Americans voting. Mail-In ballots are the best system we've yet devised to vote and the constitution spells out that he has no authority to stop it or to require ID. Only the States can do that.
