I've noticed in many of our "worst performances" of the season, we often still walk away with at least a point.

Is our defensive platform, squad depth, and all time "high floor" (aka the fogging estandards meter) enough to get across the line? #arsecastextra

Emi consistently shithouses at levels previously only hypothesized. I almost respect it. The Dalai Lama himself would struggle to keep his head cool around Martinez lol

Absolutely agree. I think that's a huge part of why our "minimum acceptable performance level" bar (aka the fogging estandards meter) has gone up so noticeably. New signings have really raised the floor.

We've walked away with at least a point in many of our most frustrating performances so far

If we win it all, it's not going to be because of our brilliant attacking fluidity.

Our title challenge is entirely built on consistent defensive solidity, and a really high "minimum acceptable performance level".

We may not take 3 points from every game we ought to, but we rarely take home 0.

Perhaps a hot take:

I think Nwaneri is ahead of Eze in the "Øde" midfielder role in the system. Eze is maybe one of our best "moments" players, but man I want to see more of Nwaneri out there. He's so sharp and tidy on the ball and offers that "receive on the half turn and burst forward" trait.
