My dad startles and jerks when he's brought out of sleep. When he was in the hospital, he almost decked a couple of the nurses on accident when they came in to check his vitals.

Oddly enough, all the Advil and curling helped.

In a terrible series of choices, however, I sat for an hour in the same couch last night. Which apparently exceeded the limits of what my back can take.

I sat too long on a couch that was too soft last night, and now I have a knot in my back prohibiting movement.

Tomorrow I curl for the first time in over six months.

I may be spending all weekend watching General Conference from a warm bath.

Ok, I closed the tab, cleared my browser's cache, and unfollowed the account that was showing up as the top 3 posts of the stale mutuals feed. And it still showed the same three posts.

What else can I do?!

It was fixed for like half a day, but is now showing the same posts as before, so they are two days old now.

@bsky.app is there anything I need to be doing differently on the mobile web version?

My feet are short enough that I've bought shoes in women's, girl's, and boy's departments as an adult. They're also wide enough that I can't wear most open toed designs, so I understand the disappointment.

Just read an obituary for a young man I've never met. It said he was survived by [list of family members], friends, and his angry pet raccoon.
