Did the electrician measure the amp draw on each breaker? That seems like it would potentially track down the impacted circuit. Tracing what is ON that circuit can be time consuming but could identify the problem. I remediated my crawlspace wiring which was a mix of CU and ALU wired together. Gah!

I’m pretty sure UNC hasn’t been a football school since Charlie “Choo-Choo” Justice played. Also Cal being in the ACC makes total sense - I mean the schools are only 2,800 miles apart.
