Sterling silver pendant on a leather cord. Two stones are set in sterling silver, connected by a three part hinge between them. The top stone - a suture ammonite - is a semicircle, set curved-side up, and the lower stone - fossilized coral - is a triangle with rounded corners.

Greetings Bluesky! I’m a silversmith and rock lover. Here are a few pieces I’ve made this year:
Sterling silver pendant: a sea-green bubble of kyanite is suspended above a pyratized ammonite negative. Sterling silver ring: an egg-shaped, rose-cut sapphire, deep blue, set in a serrated bezel atop a hammered band. Sterling silver ring: a large deep purple iolite, teardrop shaped, is set above a circle of silver sheen obsidian. Two sets of three sterling balls join the pair on either side of the split-shank ring. Sterling silver pendant: A circle of lepidolite mica is suspended on one side of an upside-down V of flattened sterling wire, beneath which floats a free-form triangular shaped slice of royal imperial jasper.
