I am poaching apples in apple cider and my house smells delightful

And since today is Thanksgiving, the gallbladder-friendly menu:
Chicken (no skin)
Maple roasted butternut squash
Wild Rice with cranberries
Cranberry Sauce
Poached Apples with cool whip
