There is no penalty on this play. It's more a call you see in Europe -- where they don't like hard checks.
I agree with Bruce that the bailout is "head contact."
But it's a stretch to call anything here.
(And teach kids to play with their heads up to avoid these situations.)

There was a belief that Stan benefited from Tallon's work, early on.

It's a winnable group, but a losable group.
I can see Paraguay and Turkey (if they are the qualifier) advancing. Australia are always difficult to gauge.
I'm guessing the US finish second. But if they don't advance -- even as a 3rd Place team -- it's an embarrassment.
