Its kind of insane how much this has been effecting my mental health. I gotta do better for myself.

if you notice a shift in how i talk please do not take it personally i am trying to better myself so i am not miserable all the time

and things probably will stay the same there, but I can't be doing things like I have been. It's been genuinely hurting myself to the point of being unable to function at times

it's lead to me saying many things I do not mean or going along with things i am not actually comfortable with, and once I get my, uh, relief, I'm usually left feeling downright horrible, crippled with a pit in my gut so I've gotta stop.
