And to see my country sink to one new low after another is enraging. I love what my country could be. I hate and fear what it is well on the way to becoming. As it currently stands, the United States deserves to be shunned on the international stage. We will surely earn history's harsh judgment. 3/5

It was heartbreaking to see my country hand the reins of power over to a man who was from the outset a completely obvious walking malignant tumor of narcissism, sexism, racism, and general con artistry. To see it happen again after he shit the bed the first time around was absolutely dismaying. 2/5
