Such an addictive song. Nice to see the real artists performing it live

KPop Demon Hunters is a brilliant film, but it’s also lovely seeing its voice actors, songwriters, and singers become stars after years of struggling in the industry

It’s pretty bonkers this is not a real band, and EJAE (lead vocals) hadn’t performed in a decade until this

This is 100% accurate insight and states why American revolutionary scientific discoveries may be a thing of the past.

Sometimes I think about how from 1935-1975ish, Bell Labs produced an insane amount of revolutionary science and technology, including 11 Nobel Prizes, the transistor, UNIX, C, the laser, the solar cell, information theory, etc. The secret? Provide scientists with ample, steady, no-strings funding.

Last week I was co-leading a field trip in Utah, to check out some fluvial and eolian rocks. It was exhausting but fun and forced me to think more carefully than before about complex bedforms. This is a 3D model of one of the many stunning exposures of the Navajo Sandstone near Escalante 🧪⚒️

Lived in Aus back in the 1980s and can honestly say that I couldn't tell roo meat from beef. Toughness, I'd imagine, is dependent on cut and cooking level. But I'm no culinary expert.

I'm not a volcanologist, but I did my PhD on sedimentary sequences in Hawke's Bay, and since your study area contributed to the sediments (tephras) in my study area I feel that deserves a follow.

We'd be better off climate-wise if we just raised kangaroos for our red meat supply.

Netflix really needs to commission new seasons of "The Hollow". Excellent animation. Quality story lines. Relatable characters. The only other North American animation series that I can't watch repeatably is "Kipo and the Age of Wonderbeasts".

Venus is a Solar System enigma.

Although Venus is similar in size and distance from the Sun to Earth, it has evolved very differently from our planet.

Our #Envision mission will aim to solve some of the puzzle by thoroughly studying our closest neighbour.

Robert Munch frequently wrote to children in schools including once to my son's when he and his mother lived in St. Louis. My nieces in Canada grew up with his books and I once read "I Have to Go! to my eldest niece when I was babysitting her. 1/2
