what to do if you want your family court judgment published - new post on the up to date position on judges publishing. Although Google will find the guidance for you, it's a circuitous task if you try the Judiciary website.

⚠️Faulty court technology is preventing the public from seeing crucial evidence.

Across dozens of hearings, courtwatchers saw faulty video screen links to be a source of delays and found they were unable to see the evidence originally intended to be viewed by the entire courtroom.

Yesterday was my last day on BBC staff after 32 years’ continuous service. I’ve spent most of the time as a reporter on the Today Programme- but this was my first full time reporting job, as BBC Warsaw Correspondent- 1996! I’ll continue reporting freelance for the BBC and I have other projects too.
