I go for a follow up mammogram on Tuesday, I haven’t even had the scan and I already feel sick to my stomach and can’t sleep. I’m scared and overwhelmed with what the results might say

Most recent Lung x-ray, it’s been 3.5 months since my Upper Right Lobectomy. Feeling pretty good, still some coughing, occasional discomfort in my chest and I still get out of breath when climbing a bunch of stairs but all and all healing up nicely 🫁
