Inyo County IHSS caregivers earn just $17.25/hr, with no healthcare coverage.
Our members care for elders, people with disabilities, and our communities. But without livable wages & healthcare, the system is collapsing.

Medicaid cuts aren’t abstract, they’re a direct threat to families like Carrie & Kristy Madden, who depend on IHSS to live at home. Slashing $1T means forcing millions into institutions against their will. We must fully fund home care. #CareIsEssential
