#Epilepsy is a bummer! Son had a full blown tonic clonic #seizure brought on by the excitement of a great day with his friends. Now nursing bruises and a shredded tongue with no memory of meeting his mates 🤕😵💫🥺 and totally out of the blue! Recovering now ❤️🩹 #EpilepsyAwareness

I feel like I have changed so many lives by showing how brave, confident and positive I am, I feel like I am putting a smile on people's faces and I am a massive advocate for everyone living with epilepsy since having epilepsy since I was 14 I have shown so much bravery
