So is Todd Blanche acknowledging that he is incompetent for not knowing the law - misdemeanor vs. felony - or does he just prefer to lie and think we won’t notice? Either way, which ever jurisdiction issued his law license, it needs to revoke it ASAP.

She knew what the job was and what F47 and his puppet Miller (or is it the other way around?) wanted when she took the job. So either she is happily following orders or needs to stop her private army from terrorizing neighborhoods.
