i believe this used to be the only way in previous plasma versions since the gui setting had a bug. but i don't recall the exact issue. seems to work for me rn though!

i still want to have a self-hosted binary cache service so that i can use it in other environments that don't use these runners. maybe i'll check out attic/harmonia/nix-serve-ng soon
