Over thinking myself into so much pain. I keep wondering when I let my life become so seemingly unhinged. I know that overthinking is the problem but I genuinely don't know how to stop.

I just want to share warmth

I'm so sad that it feels like it's never meant to be. Feelings are hard. Especially going through puberty again making every bad feeling feel a million times worse, I just gotta find better ways to self regulate.
