In the case of centaurs though, that does require a little bit of interest in the feral form if centaurs get people 'hot'. At the end of the day you are still looking at a four legged body with a horse rump.

Well, in particular zoosadists already are a thing and pretty universally hated by zoos and non zoos. Harkness test is kinda moot because even in teratophilia the need for 'speech' is genuinely stupid for comparison. People have their own levels of comfort.
