A good driver requires none of that. Or speed limits or little signs everywhere. All of that, is so people who are bad drivers can still drive to work. 99% of people shouldn't be allowed to use a can opener.

In 1984 I had been homeless for over three years with zero help. It only took one business owner to turn my life around. In doing so, he risked his entire business so I understand why it doesn't happen often.

Being homeless in a rural area has many advantages over sleeping on a sidewalk in a big city. Less murdering and more compassion. Within a week, I was offered work and a place to sleep. That was in 1984, in 2011, I financed my home.
