Congratulations to the City of Santa Ana on breaking ground on the city’s first dog park. Slated to open in March 2026, the new Centennial Park space will soon be a go-to spot for dog owners across the community. Thank you to the advocates who made this possible!

Last week CalOptima celebrated it's 30th anniversary and I was proud to honor the occasion with a resolution signed by the entire Orange County Legislative Delegation. CalOptima has been a crucial lifeline for families since 1995, and we look forward to many more years of service in our community!

SB 42 gives power back to the people. With the Governor’s signature, the question of public campaign financing now goes to voters in 2026. Californians, not politicians or special interests, will decide how elections are financed in our state.
