Congratulations to the City of Santa Ana on breaking ground on the city’s first dog park. Slated to open in March 2026, the new Centennial Park space will soon be a go-to spot for dog owners across the community. Thank you to the advocates who made this possible!

Last week CalOptima celebrated it's 30th anniversary and I was proud to honor the occasion with a resolution signed by the entire Orange County Legislative Delegation. CalOptima has been a crucial lifeline for families since 1995, and we look forward to many more years of service in our community!

Today, we remember the nearly 3,000 innocent lives lost, honor the bravery of first responders, and reflect on a nation forever changed. Though 24 years have passed, we carry the memory of 9/11 with us, and we will never forget.
