The Israeli and U.S. strikes on Iran may have been the nail in the coffin of the nuclear regulatory regime & Article 51 & will almost certainly be instrumental in a renewed scramble for nuclear weapons among a whole slew of states around the world. But they "[made] us all safer" according to Rutte.
