This bill sounds good on paper but is clearly lacking any deep thought on consequences. Neither is it enforceable. Why not pass laws that help make social media more civil and compels platforms (and traditional media orgs) to invest in fighting misinformation instead of this virtue signalling??

*technically those are already two reasons but you get the point! We’re here to try to understand the key things stopping Australia from being its best self and holding those in power responsible and accountable.
