I did it! I made tiny chocolate cakes. One is filled with fig jam, another orange jam, and the green cake ball has a chocolate-covered cherry on top. So many food groups represented, and the Doughboy better keep his grubby hands off of 'em! 🥰

My Italian Grandma is rolling over in her grave tonight. This batch was supposed to make 100 pizzelles. I got a whopping 27 because I f*cked up so many. Even WITH her pizzelle iron. So...Pizzelle baking? Not genetic.

I couldn't just bake shortbread; I had to bake shortbread and then make them look like crack tiles. I blame The Great British Bake Off and the love I have for my mahjong girls 🥰.

For Thanksgiving, I made an apple spice cake with vanilla buttercream and a Heath Bar crumble. It's a little messy, so fingers crossed it tastes better than it looks. 😬
