I’ve felt like this before. My daughter passed away two years ago. It will hopefully get better for you but please know that there are many that want you here. It’s going to be a long 4yrs but we will get through it, I hope

You are absolutely correct, I should not be using that so instead I started a chat directly with a rep. She did state that all employees are treated fairly and equally. I specifically asked about DEI and just went in circles with the same response.
