Feeling alive and well, something I haven’t felt in a long time! ✨
Started with an ear massage to clear my sinus issues and it worked. Then I explored full-body lymphatic drainage. Now I sleep well and have energy all day, and my husband says I’m like a new woman. 😅

Knitting another dog sweater for a park furiend Andy. At 15, he almost didn’t make it, but thanks to vet care and his owner’s love, he’s back enjoying life. Last time he wore his Halloween costume to stay warm, soon he can add this cozy sweater to his collection! 🐾🧶

We have a new trash truck driver and last week he cracked our bin. Today I watched him break our neighbor’s bin in half.😳 Meanwhile our last driver could land it with the lid on most times.

I’ve been dealing with nose and sinus issues for a while. Last night I watched a reel about ear massage for lymphatic drainage, and to my surprise, it actually worked. I woke up with a dry nose and a lighter head. Having a really good morning. ☀️
