More fun times learning to bake more gluten free type items & just baking in general heh.... Found a recipe for a version of Pao de Queijo (easy Brazilian cheesy bread is what the recipe called it I believe), first go 'round on GF artisan bread, chocolate chip/butterscotch muffins...
