I have it a lot easier than her for a lot of obvious reasons, so she's who I think of when I get frustrated by how I far I see we have to go. I wonder what she would think about how far we are from where she left us.

You could sub heavy cream for the cream cheese for a similarly thick sauce or you could do half & half or milk for a looser sauce (or just do those and add more flour until it's as thick as you want)

I just eyeballed stuff, but it's like 3 tbsp butter, half a block of cream cheese, probably about 3 cups chicken broth, a heaping spoonful of flour, two packets of tuna, and the tops of some broccoli. For seasoning I used salt/pepper, garlic/onion powder, coriander and parsley.

I got greenbean casserole, scalloped potatoes and like 3/4s of a cookie dough cheesecake and about half of a yule log finished. Waiting on some meringues in the oven and then I'm gonna get up early to finish the rest I think. I didn't take more pictures cuz I was in the zone 👨‍🍳

Making lil cookie dough balls to put in a sugar cookie cheesecake and some of the sprinkles made a lil face!

Lol I need to clean my oven, but I've got scalloped potatoes & cheesecake crust baking away. I still want to make greenbean casserole and a Yule Log but honestly I was trying to whip eggs earlier and it was giving me hives. 🤣
