Uuuggghhh, don't make me choose! They're all pretty funny and have some insanely quotable lines, but gun to my head, I'd probably say Lord Slug since that has one of my favorite comedy fights in the entire series with Piccolo. Cracks me up every time.

2/2 He's got skills and natural talent, but he's not a particularly focused or crafty fighter. He's never been shown to out-think anyone in battle either, except to flee. He might simply not have the right personality or thought process to access those forms, but again, it's currently unknown.

1/2 Whether he could hyper-analyze like Vegeta can for Ego, or blank his mind out completely like Goku for Instinct. Those are the key aspects to gaining and mastering the Ultra forms, which are far more specialized than God form. Cell hasn't demonstrated either in canon, he's pretty basic actually.

7/ I personally feel that his path in power would more likely be a dark reflection of Gohan's, as they are mainly paired off as enemies to each other even nowadays. If Cell were resurrected, he would be motivated by pure rage and revenge, which may tap into something beast-like. But that's just me.

6/ In conclusion, there's not enough canon info as to if Cell would have the right mindset and personality to hit any of the Ultra forms, as those are mostly mental transformations, but it's generally accepted that he could reach God form and a form close to Golden Frieza if he had the training.

5/ I've read at least one person's idea of "Ultra Perfection" being a combination of the two specifically for Cell, as it would be a hyper-analytical but calm, combining the key aspects of Instinct and Ego, which are supposed to be exact opposites, reflecting the God paths of Angel and Destroyer.

4/ Or through someone else teaching him, which may be highly unlikely unless he somehow manages to gain a bit of respect from Beerus. For the Ultra forms, it truly is a bit of a wild situation, because his personality isn't really suited to both pure focus and hyper analysis at the same time.

3/ Whether he would stumble upon the key himself might be up to question, as the knowledge on how to access God Form, even through training like Vegeta, is strictly limited to the main cast because of the Dragon Balls. Cell would need to gain access to that knowledge somehow, either by observation..

2/ We also do have semi-canon evidence in FighterZ that Cell is at least willing to mental train when stuck in a place like Hell, and given that Frieza was willing to swallow his pride enough to train himself into higher forms, Cell might reasonably come to the conclusion himself.

1/Technically yes. This has been discussed before and there's nothing in canon currently refuting the idea of using the multi-form to basically cheat a Super Saiyan God transformation with a solo person. Cell by his nature, actually is the perfect fighter genetically speaking to be able to access it

As a Dragon Ball fan artist and fanfic writer, one who has a specific interest in Cell and has written about him a few times, I’m curious about the possibility of new Cell-themed ideas and headcanons.
