Black and white contrast.
Also, probably being the most non-red red mage alive.

Very well. Allow me to present Serenais Thea - Duskwight, red mage, aetherologist, a bit of a rebel, Eorzea's first biker girl and a chronic world savior.

Before Serenais became the WoL, she worked as an aetherologist at the Studium. The Forum recognises that having the WoL in good graces is not a bad idea, so, she is officially still employed there (and thus, on the Forum's payroll), even if she rarely visits the Studium's premises nowadays.

Serenais is an aetherologist; she knows it's safe.
That being said, the idea of "let's disassemble a living being to its most elementary constituent particles and reassemble the incredibly complex structure somewhere else" is just insane.
Fortunately, it is insane enough to work.

A knight! (Serenais was born and grew up in Ishgard)
A pastry chef! (Serenais' mother's occupation)
However, for the longest time,
An aetherologist.
Ever since Serenais got her first aetherology book in her early teen years, she was fascinated by world's inner workings and just wanted to know more.

The moniker/title is generally seen as a "hero name" (akin to Superman for Clark Kent in DC comics) in Ala Mhigo; in Garlemald, it is dreaded, as The Woman in Fire helped destroy their empire. That rather complicated matters once the war was over.

Serenais' confrontation with Zenos in Shinryu form is considered "close enough" for it to apply, even if it is not exactly correct (Zenos was not a dragon, he was not on Ala Mhigo's throne and in Ala Mhigo, he died by his own hand and not hers).

Generally, no, outside the "Warrior of Light".
However, in Ala Mhigo and in Garlemald, Serenais is known as The Woman in Fire, based on an old (and rather vague) "prophecy" that in Ala Mhigo's darkest hour, a savior, "The Woman in Fire" will save it by slaying a dragon usurping its throne. (...)

Hot. Chocolate. Prefferably the dark hot chocolate with whipped cream and black cocoa and chili powder sprinkling made at The Last Stand.
In general, unless it is too warm for it, hot chocolate is probably Serenais' favourite drink in general.

Nowadays, not at all; Serenais would say she follows the philosophy of Nophica and Hydaelyn in general, but she doesn't participate in any services unless otherwise required.

Serenais was born in Ishgard, so she used to do so, before she was sent to Sharlayan. After that, religion became much more vague part of her life; especially since the Twelve do not seem to require active worship.

Curiosity about the workings of nature, for example.
Serenais is just a lot smarter about it.

Serenais' theme would be The Final Countdown by Europe, organ rendition.
(she is the WoL and the Eternal Champion, the theme needs to be over the top)

Considering what all Serenais went and lived through, what all she lost so she could save and keep saving the world...
I don't think it would be a happy meeting.

(...) An adversary clever enough to use that can shield themselves from her.
In short, Serenais can be defeated, but it requires a clever game of chess and different kind of power, than one immediatelly usable in combat.
