Since I don't believe in gatekeeping fun, this is how I do baking soda inflations:
— Sit about 1/4–1/2 tsp of baking soda on your tongue.
—Wash it down with as much fizzy soda or other acidic substance as you can handle. Lemon juice and Coke both work fantastically.
—Watch yourself bloat up, FAST!
