I'm a writer but weird things come from my muses as I let my mind rip metaphorically onto a page I'm using.
Yearning to be free of a stone prison
But don't know how to push it off of me

Taking in deep and heavy breaths because the fall sapped strength from me
But I'll be fine now since you came to check up on me

Quietly thanking you as you murmur a "you're welcome"

Before I bought it this was a complete mess of weeds, much of it used for cows to graze. We immediately got rid of the cows. After a few years we had more birds and animals than ever before. I planted thousands of plants and trees.

As I observe all of who you are and aren't
So that I can say I made an effort to get to know a stranger who can become a friend if you wanted but I know I do

But they do not answer in words yet constellations both new and old just like clouds
