I absolutely LOVE the Derpy one, I can’t wait to test out the file to make sure the colors are right! I want to see if I can figure out a “cosplay” or costume style one too with eyes on the hood and stripes on the sleeves and body!

2 - I have never used AI to create any of my products (embroidery files, reference images, previews) and never will. While I purchase some embroidery files, I take all photos myself and 99.9% of the time create the designs from the references in Photoshop to build the file from.

I do have some items on hand (base aprons, base shirts, etc), but the patches are my staple products. I obviously buy large spools of thread, which means I buy it less often but I go through the fabric I use a lot faster and now with not only tariffs but also JoAnn gone, my baseline cost
