But the amazing part is not the code, it's the possibility to see the CMD, and estimate the age from raw data. I'd like to see your process as well. It could be very interesting to propose as an activity in my astronomy club using images taken with our telescopes

I started with one cluster (M37), but the code receives the cluster name, retrieves stars in the area from Gaia DR3, selects the members, discards the stars that are in the line of vision, and plots the CMD diagram. I'm still improving it: the membership analysis is a complex problem...

Para quien no conozca al célebre F.D.C. Willard (Felis Domesticus Chester Willard), Chester era el gato del físico nuclear J.H. Hetherington. Como no paraban de decirle que daba mala imagen que publicase papers en solitario, en 1975 envió un paper con su gato como coautor.
