Wha... I guess mid-Canada is like the Midwest. Alberta is our Texas+ Florida. Vancouver area is more like a poor cousin to Cali, but that's just one part of the province. I'm biased so I like it here more (temperate rainforest - easier seasons), but my second choice would be Montréal, probably.
