Yes, I take it too, except mine’s all month, 200mg before bed. Was never offered cyclical and still am not clear on if one approach is better for me than the other.

Oh my God, yes. When it started for me in earnest in 2019, all my GP and gyno could offer was “you should get an IUD. This can go on for 10 years.” My brain couldn’t decide whether to burst into tears or flip a table.
