I was about to gift birth to my first child. Things felt terrible then, but now far worse than I could have ever imagined. She’ll be 23 in May and not feeling optimistic about the future. Hard to prop her up as I’m feeling the same as her. And this is what her grandparents voted for then & now. 😑
