They didn’t go get my guy any good players and then fired him unceremoniously even though they KNEW his process has historically taken a while to kick into gear (i.e. his rough start last year at Dunkirk & subsequent 4th place finish & Coupe de France run).

I was delighted when I learned a couple years ago that Frank Gehry designed the Harper House condo at Cross Keys in the early-mid ‘70s

If the national political situation wasn’t so dire I would consider organizing a mock protest/press conference at the International Code Council headquarters

@thebaltimorebanner.com Why not use the headline & cover image to highlight the fact that Mervo won, rather than the fact that Sherwood lost? This is a Baltimore City newspaper first and foremost, isn't it (even though there is a MoCo section you can switch to)?

It’s a way to achieve gentle density that blends in (subjectively) with a single family neighborhood by orienting varying sized homes around a common open space. Has been catching on a bit in the US in recent years

Redevelopment like this is genuinely great, but once I get past the excitement I start thinking about the forces that resulted in this whole project maxing at 5-6 stories. Even just one high-rise could increase the project’s long-term success and vibrancy.
