The Analogue Pocket got me replaying Pokémon Red the last few weeks and reliving the feeling of childhood afternoons spent with my Game Boy. Now I'm going to have to find somewhere to keep all these Game Boy cartridges I'm finding myself with. 😅

I guess I’ve just been in e-ink brain space for months now without even realizing it. One I haven’t mentioned yet that I’m so hyped for is @usetrmnl.com—excited to dive into making some fun little apps for it like I did with Tidbyt. Is 2025 the year of e-ink for me? 😅

Picked up a Boox Palma 2 this weekend. Hoping it helps cut down on screen time—pocketable, crisp, and relatively distraction-free. Setting it up with just the basics (even iMessage through BlueBubbles) to see if I can ditch my iPhone while I’m at home.

That is actually something I had worked on quite a while ago, but the Instagram Basic Display API was depreciated + it’s a little clunky with having to manually edit the link every time a post updates + no build system means no compiling environmental variables… so I shelved it. 🙈

I’ve been working more with Microsoft’s Figma UI kits the last few months and found working with their Segoe Fluent Icons font to be… uh, tedious? So I made a little Figma plugin to help with that. Check it out: fig.page/fluent
